NATURAL WAY TO TREAT HEMORRHOIDS

Garlic is very effective in treating hemorrhoids, although at first, I thought that hemorrhoids do not heal but after learning how they are caused I realized that garlic not only cures but also prevents hemorrhoids…

Hemorrhoids are a collection of veins located in the anal canal and their primary function is to control bowel movements, so after they become irritated and inflamed, we call them hemorrhoids.

The first way to use garlic is a suppository

This is probably the best way to treat hemorrhoids with garlic as it is the most direct, fastest, and most effective method. Before you start such hemorrhoids the treatment you need to understand why they get flaking and what you can do about it.

According to In some studies, hemorrhoids are acquired when people "push" the stool because it creates high pressure in the hemorrhoids and this is why they "swell".

The reason why we "push" to the toilet is to catch constipation, so the first step in curing hemorrhoids is to get rid of constipation, and for this there are two simple steps:

The first step is to consume three tablespoons of flax seeds a day to help with digestion.

The first step is to drink at least five glasses of water a day, three in the morning after waking up and then you can drink as much as you want.

If you do not do both, it is difficult to get rid of hemorrhoids.

Every night take a clove of garlic peel and press into the anal opening, until the garlic juice starts to come out. At first, you may have pain but after a few sessions, you will feel relaxed.

The next step is to eat raw garlic as garlic has anti-inflammatory properties while hemorrhoids are a type of inflammation.

Before eating garlic you should eat something else as garlic can "wake up" you're stomach if it is empty.
