Bronchitis and respiratory catarrh is a disease caused as a result of the action of cold on the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract.
It presents with a runny nose, burning of the nose and throat, sore throat, dry cough, hoarseness, a slight rise in temperature, chest and back muscle pain, decreased appetite.
Bronchitis is the acute or chronic inflammation of the bronchial mucosa and affects all ages, but especially the young, the elderly, and those who abuse tobacco and alcohol.
Sharp bronchitis appears more in the cold seasons. Cold plays a helpful role in the occurrence of diseases, but also one of the important factors is bronchial asthma, lack of vitamin A, fatigue, heart failure, etc.
The disease begins immediately with a rise in temperature, worsening of the general condition, decreased appetite, headache.
A cough begins at the initial signs of the disease. The first few days it is dry, later it becomes phlegmatic, and there is slight pain behind the chest plate.
For these patients, there is a bed rest, where the room is ventilated frequently. The air should not be dry. Smoking is prohibited inside the room. Eat light and versatile foods such as milk, eggs, greens, fruits, and vegetables. The correct diagnosis is made only by a specialist doctor.
Take 5-6 dried and crushed bay leaves, the skin of 1-2 lemons or oranges, and throw in 1 liter of freshly brewed water. The container is left covered for 10 minutes, then drained. Drink 1 glass 2-3 times a day.
Take 2-4 gr of dried walnut leaves. Leave for 12 hours in 150 gr of white wine and drain. Drink sober in the morning. Then take 1 kg of dried almond kernels, crush and mix with 1 kg of honey. Eat 1 tablespoon at each meal.
Take 10 gr of oregano, 100 gr of screw skin, 100 gr of oak. Boil these with 1 kg of water until they run out and there is 500 gr of this juice left. The patient drinks 3 small glasses of brandy a day.
Sage has given good results in cooling and pleurisy in people who have constant sweating. Take 1 tablespoon of dried and crushed sage, pour in 1 glass of water at the moment of boiling, and leave for 5-7 min.
Drain and drink 3 times from 1 cup of water with warm tea before baking, sweetened with honey as desired.
